Q1 2021 US Performance of Top Dragon Games on Unified Platform

The first quarter of 2021 has seen varying trends in the performance of dragon-themed mobile games in the United States. Sensor Tower provides an insightful look into how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Dragon City - Breed & Battle!, published by Socialpoint, showed a fluctuating revenue trend with an early January dip to $354K, a mid-quarter peak at $560K, and ending the quarter at a robust $560K. Downloads saw a decline from 78K to 57K, while weekly active users surged impressively from 1.3M to nearly 1.9M.

Frost & Flame: King of Avalon by FunPlus International AG experienced a revenue trend that ranged from $1.6M to just over $1.9M. Downloads peaked at 71K towards the end of February and ended the quarter at 39K. Active users showed a peak of 257K in late January, concluding Q1 at 228K.

For Merge Dragons! by Gram Games, revenues were strong, starting at $2.4M and reaching highs of $2.5M. Download numbers peaked mid-quarter at 55K but ended slightly lower at 42K. Weekly active users ranged from 681K at the start of the quarter to 813K at the end.

DianDian Interactive Holding's Dragonscapes Adventure showed a revenue increase from $253K to $566K. Downloads began at 38K, dipped to 15K, and climbed back up to 40K. Active users saw an upward trend from 94K to 122K by the end of March.

Lastly, Dragon Mania Legends by Gameloft, despite having the smallest revenue figures among the group, displayed growth from $74K to $86K. Downloads remained fairly steady around the 30K mark throughout the quarter, and weekly active users showed a slight decline from 145K to 149K.
